Who operates the game

That Block's Mine is operated by an individual under the name buddyplay (“we”, “us”). For privacy questions or requests, contact buddyplay.fun@gmail.com. This policy covers our processing in the game and on our own website. A platform that hosts the game may also process information under its own privacy policy.

Information we handle

How we use information

We use this information to create and recover a game identity; run matchmaking, multiplayer matches, and invitations; save progress and virtual-currency balances; show relevant game information to other players; deliver optional rewards; prevent abuse; maintain security; troubleshoot failures; and answer privacy requests.

Browser storage and your choices

The guest identifier (tetris.identity.guestId.v1) and audio preferences (tetris.audio.preferences.v1) are stored locally in your browser. Clearing site data may remove them. If you clear the guest identifier, you may lose access to the associated guest progress. Where platform login is available, an already signed-in account may be recognized at launch; otherwise, you may choose to sign in through the game's login control. Rewarded ads are optional and begin only after you choose to watch one.

Platforms and service providers

We use hosting and infrastructure providers to make the game available. We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) for our game servers, database, and hosting in the US East (N. Virginia) region (us-east-1), United States. If you play on CrazyGames, its login, advertising, and other platform features may be governed by the CrazyGames Privacy Policy. We do not control the platform's independent data practices. If the game is later offered through another platform, this policy will be updated before that integration is enabled.

Where data is processed and how long it is kept

Our game data may be processed in the United States, where our AWS servers, database, and hosting are located in the us-east-1 region.. Our retention targets are as follows: account profiles, cumulative gameplay statistics, progression, and diamond balances are retained while providing the account save service, with deletion after 12 consecutive months of inactivity; individual match details, diamond transaction records, and advertising reward records for 30 days; technical logs for 7 days; and privacy-request correspondence for 90 days after the request is resolved, unless a longer period is required by law. The retention target for database backups is a rolling period of 15 days; deleted data may remain in those backups until they expire. Automated enforcement of these retention targets is being implemented. You can contact us to request deletion in the meantime. Browser-stored data remains until you or your browser removes it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect game information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict some processing. You may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority. Contact us using the address above; we may need to verify that a request relates to your game identity before acting on it. Removing browser data alone does not necessarily delete server-side records.

Children

The game is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact buddyplay.fun@gmail.com so we can investigate and delete the information as appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the game and its services change. The date shown above will be updated when a revised policy is published. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
